1. Who we are
Hyping.ai ("we", "us") operates this site. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use hyping.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, name, avatar (from Google OAuth). We do not store your password — authentication is handled by Google.
- Purchase data: Stripe checkout session ID, amount, currency, and which kit you bought. We store the user ID linking the purchase to your account.
- Operational data: a SHA-256 hash of your IP address (not the raw IP) is used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention. Hashes are deleted after 10 minutes.
- Logs: standard server logs (requests, response codes, timestamps) retained by our hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) per their policies.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the kit you purchased (signed download URLs, account dashboard).
- To send transactional emails (receipts, download links). We do not send marketing emails.
- To prevent abuse (rate-limiting, fraud detection).
- To comply with legal obligations (tax records, sanctions lists).
4. Third-party processors
- Google — OAuth identity provider.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe stores your card details, not us.
- Supabase — database + edge functions (EU/US regions).
- Vercel — website hosting + analytics.
- X (Twitter) — conversion pixel for ad attribution (Pixel ID: rce1o).
5. Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie / localStorage entry to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time by messaging @kekius_builder on X. Deletion anonymises your purchase records and removes your account within 30 days.
7. Data retention
We keep purchase records as long as your account exists, plus any period required for tax / accounting (typically 7 years).
8. Children
Hyping.ai is intended for use by adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
